J&J Siddons coremaking facilities include five coldbox coreblowers up to 30 litres capacity, coupled with a furane loop for larger cores and facilities for making conventional oilsand and shell cores. These ensure that J&J Siddons are able to use most customers existing pattern equipment. Where applicable cores are treated with a refractory coating to ensure a high standard of surface finish on the finished casting.
